Our Mission

Establish a permanent professional association in the residential property management industry in the King County area.  Promote a standard of business ethics, professionalism and fair practice among its members.  Establish and promote education and exchange  of ideas for its members.  Create awareness of Legislative Bills, and Local Government regulations.
